Description

These guidelines have been developed by the Governments of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba to assist procuring entities in understanding their procurement-related obligations under the following domestic and international trade agreements: the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
