Description
Two ministerial orders for public lands fees, rents and other amounts payable were recently signed to update the fees for the Grazing Rental Rates Framework (MO 05/2024) and the Commercial Trail Riding (CTR) permits (MO 61/2023). Currently two MOs exist with different and conflicting information (one with the CTR change but old grazing rental rate, and one with the new rental rates but old CTR rates); neither order reflects the change made in the other order. MO 09/2024 incorporates the previously approved Grazing Rental Rates Framework and the Commercial Trail Riding permit fee changes.
