Description

In order to ensure provincial assessments are fair, valid, and reliable, Alberta Education administers field tests. Through field testing, questions are administered to determine their difficulty level and their appropriateness for use on a provincial assessment. In addition, teachers are able to provide comments about potential assessment questions, thereby contributing to the development of future provincial assessments.
