Family Resource Networks : 2023-24 preliminary reporting

Description

The Family Resource Network (FRN) program was launched to address the root causes and factors leading children and families to become involved with the child intervention system. These networks connect families to community-specific services and supports they need. Through ongoing evaluation, Children and Family Services (CFS) collaborates with FRN agencies to improve service delivery, optimize resource use and ensure the program continues to meet the evolving needs of children, youth, and families across Alberta. This report shares preliminary findings from the 2023-24 evaluation. This commitment to evaluation enhances accountability, allows the ministry to innovate and adapt, and supports healthier outcomes and brighter futures for those served by the FRN program.
