Forest Reserves Act

Description

The Act establishes forest reserves for the conservation of forest and other vegetation in forests, and for the maintenance of optimum water supplies in the reserves. The Act further describes the location of forest reserves in Alberta, addresses matters of authorization to adjust the boundaries of forest reserves and to make regulations, and makes the Forests Act and the Public Lands Act applicable to forest reserves.
