Financial Consumers Act

Description

The Financial Consumers Act is intended to promote financial literacy and education among consumers of financial products in Alberta. This Act sets out the rights and responsibilities of consumers, standards for financial planners, as well as the duties of the suppliers, agents and financial planners who sell financial products in the province.
