Description

The Act also outlines the licensing requirements and related processes for dealers and distributors of farm implements. It also outlines the requirements for distributors of farm implements regarding dealership agreements including price, termination of agreements, and contractual requirements. Offences related to, and penalties for, contravention of the Act are described.
