Environmental awareness signs

Description

Provides guidance on the recommended use of environmental awareness signs along Alberta's highways. Environmental awareness signs are intended to warn foreign visitors and domestic travellers of potential ecological dangers caused by travelling. Part of a series of recommended practices for traffic control measures, including roadway signs and signals, pavement markings, traffic operations, roadside development and at-grade rail crossings.
