Description
Environmental assessment registry documents pertaining to the proposed VCS-Heartland Complex Expansion. Value Creation Inc. owns Oil Sands Conservation Act Scheme Approval No. 10330B and Environmental Protection & Enhancement Act (EPEA) Approval No. 203303-01-01 covering diluted bitumen upgrading/specialty refining capacity up to 29,890 m3/day (188,000 barrels per day) and EPEA Approval No. 387876-00-00 for a Tank Farm serving early phase. The VCS-Heartland Complex Expansion would increase the capacity of the Project in total of up to ~119,240 m3/day (~750,000 barrels per day).
