Emergency Medical Aid Act

Description

The Act deals with protection from liability for a physician, registered health discipline member, or registered nurse who voluntarily render emergency medical services or first aid assistance to a person who is ill, injured, or unconscious, as a result of and at the scene of an accident or other emergency. It also deals with other persons who provide emergency first aid at the immediate scene of an accident or emergency.
