Decision of the assistant executive director of the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team in the matter of a use of force involving Whitehorse RCMP. On July 10, 2020 pursuant to the memorandum of understanding between the Government of Alberta and the Yukon, ASIRT was directed to investigate the circumstances surrounding the arrest of a 33-year-old man by members of the Whitehorse RCMP that occurred during the morning of July 6.
