Description
The Act provides for the management of water and improvement of agricultural lands by a Drainage Council and drainage districts. The Act addresses the formation and dissolution of drainage districts, the operation of the board of trustees, voting/election procedures, rights of drainage districts to construct drainage works, board assessment of land and drainage rates to cover the operation of drainage districts, and the review/appeal procedures.
