Conservation and reclamation notice

Description

This information letter explains when a conservation and reclamation inspector may issue a conservation and reclamation notice. The notice is a more formal communication that replaces the letters that used to be written to operators to identify deficiencies, but is issued when the deficiencies are not severe enough to warrant an environmental protection order.
