Communication and action protocol for failed bacteriological results in drinking water for waterworks systems authorized under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act

Description

This protocol is intended to ensure that test results that exceed the bacteriological criteria as described in the latest editions of the Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality, or other potential failures, are communicated to the appropriate parties so that follow-up action can be taken immediately.
