Description

Record of decision of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, for the purpose of permitting Albertans to attend certain locations or places and engage in certain activities, provided people adhere to public health measures and guidance. This order is effective May 14, 2020, and applies throughout the province of Alberta, except within the cities of Calgary and Brooks. This decision rescinds CMOH order 04-2020 by removing the prohibition from attending a child care facility. It also supersedes any provision of CMOH orders 01-2020, 02-2020 and 07-2020. There have been amendments and exemptions to this order (see Related tab).

NOTE: Effective June 12, 2020, this order was rescinded by CMOH Order 25-2020 (see Related tab).
