Description

Record of decision of the Chief Medical Officer of Health outlining updated operational and outbreak standards for residential addiction treatment service providers. These standards are included in Appendix A. The intent of these standards is to help prevent the spread of infection while allowing individuals to continue to receive treatment and overcome their addiction. Note: residential addiction treatment services facilities were removed from the scope of previous CMOH Orders 09-2020 and 10-2020.

NOTE: this order and appendices were rescinded by CMOH order 27-2020.
