This fact sheet explains the standards that apply to caregivers (employees who provide home care and residential care services, in accordance with the Co-ordinated Home Care Program Regulation). PLEASE NOTE: New employment standards came into effect on January 1, 2018. This fact sheet gives information on legislation that was in force until December 31, 2017.
