Includes the fiscal plan, Government of Alberta and ministry 3-year strategic plans, and four fact cards about the budget. Included in this year's strategic plan is the Report to the Government of Alberta on the Development, Renewal and Financing of the Government's plan for Spending on Capital Projects to 2019 by David Dodge (also known as the Dodge Report).
