Bridge inspection and maintenance system : BIM advisory bulletin

Description

BIM advisory bulletins communicate changes to the bridge inspection and maintenance system that occur between regular updates to the inspection manual. Information communicated in these bulletins is incorporated into later versions of the inspection manual and the bulletins become out of date upon the release of the updated manual.
