Boundary Surveys Act

Description

The Act designates responsibility for participating in any survey and demarcation of the boundary line between Alberta and any adjoining province or the Northwest Territories. The Act also allows the Minister, with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, to enter into any arrangement or agreement with the Government of Canada or an adjoining province or territory relating to the survey and demarcation of the boundary line.
