Blind Workers' Compensation Act

Description

The Blind Workers’ Compensation Act provides the Canadian National Institute for the Blind with jurisdiction regarding the work and placement of blind workers. The Act deals with payment of workers' compensation assessments and reimbursement of workers’ compensation costs arising from the employment of blind workers.
