Description
These long-term population projections by single year of age and sex have been developed by applying the component cohort survival model to assumptions about future trends in fertility, mortality and migration. Age and sex are presented as percentages of the total population for the periods 1996–2018 (estimated) and 2019–2046 (projected). These visualizations use the medium scenario assumption.
