Alberta Dual Credit Framework

Description

This document provides background information on dual credit in Alberta and details the government's plan to move forward with a provincial Alberta Dual Credit Framework that includes an approved description of dual credit, guiding principles, and funding information. The Framework provides high-level direction for implementation of Alberta Education-authorized dual credit programming in Alberta. It informs decision making at the provincial and local levels to promote equitable access to dual credit for high school students and to ensure applicable resources are in place for provincial implementation.
