Description

This document was an insert in the 2005 Annual Report for the Alberta Capital Finance Authority (ACFA), which was a non-profit Corporation established under the Alberta Capital Finance Authority Act. The mission was to provide shareholders within the Province of Alberta with flexible funding for capital projects on a prudent basis consistent with the viability of the ACFA.

The ACFA was dissolved in 2020 and the function continues through the Government of Alberta as Loans to local authorities: https://www.alberta.ca/loans-to-local-authorities.aspx.
