Alberta bail review : endorsing a call for change

Description

This review was initiated in response to the fatal shooting of St. Albert RCMP officer Constable David Wynn and the wounding of Auxiliary Constable Derek Bond by an individual who was out on bail at the time of the incident. The review was conducted by former federal Crown prosecutor Nancy Irving and makes 31 recommendations.
