Description

Alberta First Responder Radio Communications System (AFRRCS) is a two-way radio network for first responders in municipal, provincial and First Nations agencies across the province. AFRRCS is designed to provide first responders with a highly resilient and available radio network for the primary purpose of improving responder safety and ultimately the safety of all Albertans. This handbook serves as a reference manual to assist with getting the most out of the use of AFRRCS. The handbook is subject to ongoing revisions; users are encouraged to visit this page regularly to check for updates. If you are interested in seeing previous and superseded versions of this manual, please refer to the related items of this section of this record.
