Description

Chickpea production across the prairies has increased dramatically over the past number of years and there is concern that air seeder metering/air delivery systems may damage fragile chickpea seed. This research update presents results of testing of a Bourgault Industries air cart/air delivery system to determine operating parameters that would minimize chickpea damage.
