Description

2017 data standard definition for the collection of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) data elements. AEFI is an instance of an immunization service recipient having an adverse reaction to the immunization they were administered. The data is used to manage, monitor, analyze and report on the AEFI incidents.
