Advanced family violence training for child intervention staff : an environmental scan

Description

This environmental scan was conducted to provide information from Canadian and international sources on best and promising practices in the areas of family violence training for child intervention personnel. The scan was conducted as part of a collaborative research project conducted by Calgary Counselling Centre researchers in partnership with Alberta Human Services and The Alberta Centre for Child, Family and Community Research. Results of the scan will be used to inform the development of a framework for advanced family violence training for child intervention staff in Alberta.
