Agricultural Societies Act

Description

The Agricultural Societies Act enables the establishment and dissolution of Agricultural Societies as corporate entities. The intent of Agricultural Societies is to encourage improvement in agriculture and in the quality of life of persons living in an agricultural community by developing programs, services, and facilities based on needs in the agricultural community. The governance operations of the societies and powers and duties are outlined in the Act.
