Status of whirling disease in the Crowsnest River : technical report, 2019

Description

The Crowsnest River is a high-value sport fishery in southern Alberta. To understand the impact of whirling disease on Rainbow Trout populations in the Crowsnest River, Alberta Environment and Parks conducted a comprehensive study to measure each part of the parasite life cycle in 2019. Detailed results from this study are presented in this technical report.
