A third party scientific review of Alberta Environment and Park’s North Central Native Trout Recovery Program

Description

The primary goal of this review of the North Central Native Trout Recovery Program is to review the scientific foundations for the proposed angling closures in upper portions of select watersheds, and habitat enhancements of river reaches in some rivers and streams in the East Slopes. The report is the first of two third-party science reviews completed by the Fisheries Stakeholder Advisory Committee and submitted to the Office of the Chief Scientist, Alberta Environment and Parks.
