Description

Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development retained ENVIRON International Corporation and Novus Environmental Inc. to conduct regional air quality modelling to support South Saskatchewan regional planning, as well as to provide a better understanding of potential air quality issues in the South Saskatchewan Region. The Community Multiscale Air Quality Modelling system was used to predict air pollution concentrations for the 2006-2008 and 2020, 2050 future years at 36, 12 and 4 km resolutions.
