Description

Through interactive exercises, case studies and a hands-on review of forms and procedures, you will learn about: The importance of ethical conduct related to assessment review boards; What is involved in the hearing process, and; The principles of good decision making and writing. In addition, the objective of this workshop is to develop a basic understanding of the administrative obligations when processing a complaint, the principles of fair process in an assessment hearing process, working with an assessment review board panel and supporting decision making and writing.
