Description

This report evaluates aerial videography as a method for assessing the condition of riparian areas along rivers and streams in southern Alberta. Scoring results are given for 18 separate reaches in the Bow River basin near Calgary, and in the Oldman River basin west of Highway 2. The report contains a description of the methods used, maps showing the reaches flown, and an indexed set of DVDs containing the raw aerial video footage.
