Identifying historic places. Part 3, Heritage survey codes

Description

A completed municipal heritage survey provides a window on a community’s social and architectural history. Using the Alberta Heritage Survey Form helps ensure that this information is gathered in a consistent way across the province and over time. This booklet provides detailed lists of the codes needed to complete the Alberta Heritage Survey Forms and is meant to serve as a reference tool to identify and record important information about resources included in a heritage survey. The publication is one in a series designed to help Albertans create and implement local heritage programs to protect the historic places they value and wish to preserve.
