Description

A petition was received by the Minister of Municipal Affairs from the residents of the Town of Daysland in May 2011 requesting an inquiry into "gross irregularities in the Town of Daysland (council and administration)". Russell Farmer and Associates was appointed by the Minister to complete an inspection, and this report presents the findings of that inspection.
