Alberta Children and Youth Services initiated a formal review of the Family Support for Children with Disabilities Program's Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) process in December 2008. The review was intended to assess the experiences of parents and other stakeholders with the MDT process, to identify what is working well, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
