Description

The Cold Lake-Beaver River Water Management Study identified several options available for the long-term supply of water for industrial and municipal growth in the Cold Lake area. One of the alternatives was teh "local supply" option which would have involved construction of a weir on the outlet of Cold Lake in Saskatchewan and the subsequent withdrawal of up to 2.45M2 of water from the lake.
