Description

The purpose of this report is to document the calculation of the various Crown charges associated with timber damaged by industrial land users on Crown lands. The timber damage charges have evolved as industrial uses and land use conflicts have progressed. These charges have been developed over time as reasonable and fair compensation for losses to the Crown's forest resources by industrial land users. This report is also to document the 1988 revision to the timber damage assessment charge and is related Forest Stand Damage Table.
