Pipeline Rules

Description

This regulation, made under the Pipeline Act, establishes the requirements governing the licensing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of energy industry pipelines. Provisions for discontinuing, abandoning, removing, resuming, pipelines are also contained in the regulation.
