Utility Commodity Rebate Regulation

Description

This Regulation, made under the Utility Commodity Rebate Act, sets out the applicability, eligibility, and amount of prescribed rebates for electricity, natural gas, and other heating fuels, as well as sets out duties for distributors and direct providers in providing those rebates to eligible customers
