Senate Nominee Regulation

Description

This Regulation provides that the term of a senate nominee expires when a writ is issued for a new senate election and provides for the forms when a senate election is held in conjunction with a general election (provincial election). This follows similar provisions to those in AR 5/2012 Senate Nominee Regulation and AR 69/2018 Election Act Forms Regulation (both now expired) under the prior Senatorial Selection Act.
