Biosecurity Regulation

Description

The Biosecurity Regulation defines a biosecurity area as an area prescribe livestock are, or will be, kept, or any area where animals are kept under a biosecurity program with posted notice. The regulation also creates a prohibition on unauthorized entry into a biosecurity area, or counselling or aiding another person to enter a biosecurity area. The regulation creates offenses, penalties, and remedies for the prohibited acts.
