Approval of Short-term Permits Regulation

Description

This regulation is made under the Gas Resources Preservation Act and provides the Minister’s approval under section 6 of the Act is not required for a permit or amendment to a permit authorizing the removal of gas from Alberta, unless the gas is a mixture mainly of ethane.
