Alberta Safety Codes Authority Order

Description

This regulation establishes the powers and authority of the Alberta Safety Codes Authority (ASCA) as provided for in section 30.1 of the Safety Codes Act (SCA). ASCA is a division of the Safety Codes Council, developed to administer the SCA in unaccredited municipalities.
