Authorized Medicine Sales Regulation

Description

The Authorized Medicine Sales Regulation, under the Animal Health Act, describes the wholesale and retail licensing system process, the record keeping requirements, and operational procedures for the sale of authorized medicines. A description of authorized medicines and a specific list of authorized medicines are described in the regulation. The Regulation contains two forms (license application and notice of appeal) for purposes related to the Act. Fees, offences, and penalties are described in the Regulation.
