Crown's Right of Recovery (Ministerial) Regulation

Description

This Regulation sets out how the Crown’s cost of health services are calculated for the purposes of the Crown’s right of recovery when a person suffers personal injuries as a result of another’s wrongful act or omission. It also sets out the information required to be provided by an insurer who is notified of circumstances in which the Crown’s right of recovery may arise, other than circumstances relating to the use of an automobile.
