Crown's Right of Recovery Regulation

Description

This Regulation prescribes goods and services as health services, and sets out exceptions to the Crown’s right to recover health care costs. It also provides for the calculation of pre-judgment interest, the establishment of the yearly aggregate assessment and the determination of amounts payable to legal counsel and others.
