Transitional (Insurance Amendment Act, 2008 - Part 5) Regulation

Description

The Transitional (Insurance Amendment Act, 2008 – Part 5) Regulation stems from a number of changes made to the Insurance Act in 2008 to modernize the framework surrounding insurance contracts. This Regulation was intended to provide guidance to the insurance industry and the legal community as to how existing and new insurance contracts and insurance claims were to be handled under the existing and new provisions.
